In therapy, we’ll work together to make sense of what’s been overwhelming you, reconnect with your strengths, & create space for balance, meaning, and self-acceptance in your daily life. In our sessions, you can expect warmth, curiosity, and collaboration. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation.
I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you understand your patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful change at your own pace. Together, we’ll make space for healing, growth, & greater self-trust.
