I have experience working as a school counselor, in therapeutic group homes, and in behavioral health hospitals. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, interpersonal and relational issues, and boundaries. I utilize a variety of different therapeutic approaches, including solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and client-centered, to best fit my client’s needs.
