It seems like everyone depends on you for every little thing anymore, but deep down you want to be left alone before you fall apart. Everything feels overwhelming that you just shut down and disconnect from the world. You are overstimulated with learning how to be a parent, wife, and/or working mother that you can't seem to catch your breath. Feelings of guilt creep in while scrolling on your phone, taking a nap, or going out without your family. You spend most of your day thinking that you aren't enough and terrified someone will find out. Motherhood can be a lonely adventure without the right supports in place.
I can provide a safe space to process and learn new strategies that work for your style of parenting. I also am able to provide therapeutic skills and techniques so that your mental wellness remains a priority while taking care of everyone else in your home. We work together as a team to help identify your goals and strategies to get you there.
Whether you are still pregnant or have been a mother for years I welcome you to schedule your first session. You are not alone in your struggles and together we will find ways to help you feel confident in the chaos. I can provide same-week appointments and you can schedule either through email or online. I proudly accept Medicaid or self-pay.
