My approach is trauma-informed, relational, affirming, and centered around you, and I work with those aged 10+. I'll also add aspects of CBT/TF-CBT, DBT, Feminist Theory, IFS, and creative arts. We'll tailor therapy to meet your unique needs, match your personality, and get you toward your goals. Therapy should fit you, and I hope to help you find that fit!
Starting therapy can feel scary or intimidating, and that's okay! We'll work to build a space where you feel safe, seen, and welcome - one where you can show up as your authentic self.
