My stance is person-centered and strengths-based, I believe each person and situation deserves a unique approach. I spent 5 years working in residential treatment and community mental health with a focus on substance use prior to starting my own practice in 2023.
I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions.
