Therapy is not about having all the answers, but about feeling safe, seen, understood, and supported while navigating the challenges that life inevitably presents. My ultimate goal is to meet you where you’re at and help you move toward meaningful change at your own pace. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, authentic, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs.
I believe that healing happens through connection and curiosity. I strive to create a space where you can be your true self without fear of judgment, and I am honored to walk alongside you in this journey. As a new therapist at Seva, I have been trained in ERP, CBT, and ACT, and look forward to the opportunity of working with you.
I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and couples. I am especially passionate about supporting those who have struggled with OCD, perfectionism, and body image. I understand how exhausting it can be to feel consumed by intrusive thoughts, constant self-criticism, or pressure to meet impossible standards.
