Daily tasks can become difficult, and sometimes talking feels like it makes things worse. Imagine feeling secure, safe, and enjoying every day things without worrying about what’s next. Please note I currently only offer virtual sessions in evenings.
I don’t believe that we need to talk through every detail to achieve healing. I use a combination of talk therapies and EMDR to shift from negative thoughts and responses to more positive adaptive beliefs and behaviors. I support healing by encouraging autonomy, helping you feel more present, even tempered and free from the things that weigh you down.
I have worked with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and other adverse experiences. I believe in a holistic approach where we not only focus on the things you struggle with, but also focus on how to move forward and live a life full of meaningful experiences and relationships.
