Therapy is fruitful and noble work, and I am proud of you for taking the first steps of finding the right therapist for you. If you find yourself struggling with anxiety/relational issues, having an identity crisis, or experiencing post traumatic stress symptoms, we may be a great fit. I specialize in EMDR, which is known as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. This type of therapy works both in person and via Telehealth, and clients find that distress related to anxiety, upsetting memories, and phobias can be completely reprocessed and healed within just a few sessions.

I also work with couples navigating infidelity and communication differences. I find that self-love and individuality are major components of a healthy relationship, as well as knowing how to communicate in today’s modern world. Together, we can slow things down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and work toward emotional safety and repair.

My practice is also LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming to clients of all identities and relationship structures.
