I specialize in working with couples and adults, integrating an evidence-based technique known as EMDR, to support trauma processing and lasting change in Lake Mary and surrounding areas. I also work with couples navigating infidelity and communication differences. I find that self-love and individuality are major components of a healthy relationship, as well as knowing how to communicate in today’s modern world.
