Hello! I am a trauma-informed therapist who is an ally to the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I am certified in Crisis Intervention and am drawn to clients who can relate to domestic violence, human trafficking, depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, and complex trauma. I also can help if you have trouble with sleep, motivation, phobias or stress. I see children, adolescents, adults, and families. Even if you are not sure what you want from therapy or how to get there, I will meet you where you are at in your journey, and together we will figure out a plan for you to live your best, most fulfilled life!
I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, specializing in Mental Health and Migrant Studies. I provide Brainspotting therapy, which is your next step if you think "nothing helps." I also provide Cognitive Behavioral, psychodynamic, DBT, and play therapy interventions, as well as mindfulness-based approaches to help you to think, feel and live better.
I have a calm, non-judgmental demeanor and a gentle approach, but can be direct and energetic when I need to! You will find it easy to connect with me, and I will work hard to gain your trust. Contact me to learn why I'm so excited to offer Brainspotting and how transformative it is for people who feel stuck or ready for change.
