I work with kids, teens, and adults seeking understanding and support during stressful or confusing times. Clients come to my practice when life feels overwhelming, and I help them uncover strengths, build confidence, and develop practical skills to navigate challenges. My goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported and empowered on their path toward growth.
I have experience working in a variety of social work settings including group homes, independent living programs, school-based services, and private practice. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals from age 4 through adulthood. While I work with a wide range of ages, I have a particular passion for supporting kids and teens.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, engaging, and flexible. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves in ways that feel natural to them. With younger children, this may include play-based activities, art, or creative expression. With teens, sessions often involve open conversation and skill building.
