I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. Using a collaborative and kind approach, I specialize in supporting adult men, adult women and teens navigating substance misuse, Bipolar Disorder, trauma, anger management, and life transitions. I also have experience working with Veterans and combat trauma.

My work integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and narrative therapy to empower you to rewrite your story. I also utilize therapeutic journaling to help process emotions and build self-awareness. I offer virtual, in person, or walk and talk sessions.

Sessions with me will feel conversational, supportive, and grounded in reality. I am here to celebrate your wins and support you in your losses. I hope to create a safe space of healing, honesty, and occasional humor!
