I offer counseling for teens and adults facing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, anger issues, and more. If you’re looking for a place where you can unload your burdens and take steps toward healing and peace, I would be honored to walk that journey with you. In our counseling sessions, you will find a welcoming space that is free of judgment where we can begin to work together toward achieving your goals.
My goal as a counselor is for you to have a safe space to be seen and heard. In our time together, my aim is for you to feel comfortable sharing your hopes and goals for counseling so we can work together to accomplish these goals. My hope is for you to find healing, grow in self-discovery, and understand and appreciate your strengths.
I want you to feel supported throughout this journey. In my practice, I work out of a client-centered approach and will offer a space where we can utilize your strengths to implement positive changes in your life. During sessions, I like to tailor our time to what you need on that particular day. You don’t have to struggle alone.
