I work with teens and individuals who are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and grief. Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re dealing with constant worry, emotional ups and downs, difficult relationships, or the pain of loss. You may feel stuck in patterns that are hard to change or unsure how to move forward, but you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and begin making meaningful changes. With teens, I help navigate academic stress, social pressures, family conflict, and emotional regulation. With individuals, I focus on strengthening insight, coping skills, and improving communication in relationship dynamics.
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in compassion, blending practical tools with deeper exploration so clients can better understand themselves and respond to challenges with confidence. Together, we can work to reduce anxiety, process grief, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
