Too often, mental health gets overlooked since it isn't as visible as physical health. I believe mental health should be a priority in everything we do, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to improving your mental well-being. If past experiences or trauma still feel present in your day-to-day life, if anxiety feels like it’s always running in the background, or if your relationship with your body feels complicated or exhausting, you may be my ideal client. Many people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in self-critical patterns, or disconnected from themselves, even when they appear “fine” on the outside.
In a collaborative, nonjudgmental space, I help individuals feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, life changes, or who have been affected by trauma, body image struggles, or eating concerns. Together you’ll learn coping skills, self-awareness, and self-compassion to create meaningful, sustainable change.
