Are you feeling lonely, burnt out, or lost? I get it, I really do! I am passionate about creating a safe place for anyone experiencing stress or a lack of control, major life transitions, individuals who have been exposed to trauma, and those identifying with the LGBTQ+ community. I also enjoy working with couples to help them communicate effectively and love more openly through increased vulnerability and healthy boundaries in their relationship.
My training stems from a systems-based approach. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families from many different types of communities. I also work from the Gottman perspective in my couples work, focusing on managing conflict and building friendship.
It is my goal to create a space where you can let your guard down and fully express yourself; I will listen to you without judgment and support you through your journey of healing. Whether you have been in therapy before or are starting for the first time, I would love to help you thrive more in your relationship with yourself and the people around you.
