Hi! My name is Haley and I’m so thankful you’re here. I work with women experiencing the range of emotions and experiences that the journey of, and into, motherhood can bring - wonderful highs and also life-altering lows. You might be thinking thoughts like, " This isn’t what I thought it would be. What’s wrong with me? Why am I having these thoughts? I can’t relax anymore." You might also be feeling overwhelmed, numb, anxious, depressed, grief, or the weight of comparison. As a certified perinatal mental health (PMH-C) therapist, I provide an empathetic and supportive counseling environment to help clients meet their goals.
I have an integrative approach and utilize evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT as well as trauma-informed reprocessing including EMDR. Clients can gain awareness of unhelpful patterns, process trauma, and learn to use coping strategies to create life-giving change for them and their families.
