Haley views it as a privileged position to enter into the world of her clients and provide empathy, support, and understanding. Haley utilizes elements from cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and exposure and response prevention.
Outside of the counseling office, Haley values spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys making and viewing art, cooking, and reading.
