We all seek out for help for different reasons. For many of us, we reach out becuase of events that happen in life that steer us away from our values. I view my job as a therapist as being a helper to find your core values again. My therapy modalities focus on couples, individual work, and families. Each of these are something that I put into practice daily in the therapy room. Taking the step to seek treatment is not easy however I feel very honored to be apart of that journey. If you decide to schedule an appointment I will provide a safe supportive place to grow and find your deepest values.
I believe that therapy is a way for individuals, families, and couples to express deep feelings without judgement or bias. Haley participated in externships for Gottman Therapy level 1& 2, Lifespan Integration, as well as Emotion Focused Therapy. Haley integrates Experiential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, and solution focused therapy.
I enjoy working with all people of all backgrounds. I grew up in the Christian faith and enjoy working with people who also value spirituality. I do my best to understand your goals, expectations, and strengths when in session. In her free time, she most enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing golf, and loves skiing.
