Hi, I'm Haley—mental health advocate, fur mom, avid crocheter, and traveler with a passion for helping folks build resilience, create balance, and develop a life worth living. If you're looking for a space where you can feel safe, supported, and fully yourself, you're in the right place! My style is laid back and conversational, with plenty of room for humor and realness. I’m not here to “fix” you or tell you how to live your life. The truth is, you already have insight and strengths within you! We’ll work together to better understand what’s getting in the way and find a path forward.

I welcome adults of all ages and abilities and have a passion for working with young adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges with substance use. I use a mix of approaches depending on what you need—whether that’s processing experiences, building skills, or gaining a better understanding of your mental health.
