Rather than focusing on getting rid of difficult thoughts or emotions, I help you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and move toward what matters most to you. Together, we can explore the habits, beliefs, and stories that have shaped you—and gently create space for new ways of relating to yourself, others, and the world around you.
