Welcome! I am a licensed independent clinical social worker at McLean Hospital. I specialize in helping individuals like you find fulfillment in their lives and identify new ways of coping with stressors. In my practice, I utilize evidenced-based modalities and draw from CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe each client is unique and I tailor my approach based on the client’s preferences and goals. In addition to my practice, I'm a clinician at McLean Hospital's Behavioral Health Partial Program.
I offer a non-judgmental, warm, and interactive style to all my clients. I feel it’s important to meet each client where they’re at and foster a safe space for clients to grow and work on their goals. I look forward to hearing from you!
