I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, and I specialize in working with folks in the LGBTQ+ community, and those with anxiety disorders. I work with individuals who are 18 years or older.
My approach to therapy begins with creating a safe and welcoming space where together we can explore and heal what is most important to you.
