My name is Haley and I am passionate about helping others transition from surviving to thriving. I have experienced a variety of different traumas in my life and am forever thankful to those who helped me get to the other side. The least I can do is give back by helping others do the same. I provide a warm, accepting, and understanding environment for clients to process, heal, grow and ultimately experience joy and freedom in their daily life again!
A few areas I specialize in are anxiety, depression, current or previous abuse, victims of domestic violence, relationship issues, disordered eating, CPS, and foster/adoption involvement. I provide a trauma focused approach for those recovering from abuse. I also utilize CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, and Play Therapy.
I believe that a lot of what we experience in childhood affects how we function in adulthood. If we don't learn how to do things differently, we repeat old patterns.
