About
Are you struggling with uncertainty? Are your relationships at risk or in conflict? Could you use some support navigating unforeseen circumstances? These are just a few of the common issues I address in a non-judgmental, confidential space. The work we do together will be collaborative and targeted to meet the unique goals you identify.
I work with individuals and couples to address relationship concerns, work-life stress, career and academic burnout, wellness, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is mindfulness-oriented, solution-focused, and evidence-based. I am certified in clinical hypnosis by ASCH and am a certified yoga instructor.
Wherever you are on your journey, I will create a space that empowers you to address your concerns. Therapy is a synergistic process designed to enhance insight and awareness. It will be an honor to walk with you on your path.
