In my clinical work, I am passionate about supporting couples and individuals in deep, curious, emotion driven work. If you are a person searching for a stronger connection in your relationship, cautiously optimistic about exploring new parts of yourself, or cracking open the can of worms that is generational trauma, I am so ready to meet you. I want to come alongside you, talk about it all, and support you in exploring all the corners of your being through new experiential lenses like art, movement, and nature...even animal assisted if you need some puppy love to coax out those challenging emotions.

I hold dual licensure in Minnesota and Colorado as and LMFT. I offer attachment based, trauma sensitive therapy in combination with experiential therapies like art and movement to guide my clients to access their experiences in new ways, and create a deeper understanding of themselves and relationships.

More than anything, I want you to know I am just another human sitting with you, and sharing experiences. I believe in mastering knowledge of therapy and ethical practice is so important, and it is also important to show up authentically and honestly as a human being. However you show up in my office, you are welcome, and safe.
