The evidence-based modalities I mainly utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness approaches and strategies used in play therapy. These therapeutic techniques are powerful tools that allow me to tailor interventions to your unique needs and goals.
