You need a path forward. I am a Certified Sex Therapist, who specializes in using effective therapies like the Gottman Method for communication issues and EMDR for trauma.

As a highly trained specialist, I work with you to collaboratively look at the root causes—the emotional blocks, the physical disconnects, and the old wounds—that keep you stuck in the same cycles. With tailored methods to give you practical communication tools you can use the moment you leave our session, and EMDR' deep trauma work to unlock deeper blocks.

If you are a couple struggling with libido differences or recovering from an affair, we will create a structured plan to restore safety and physical connection.
