I have a passion working with youth and young adults, especially those that identify as LGBTQ+ so clients within these categories would be my ideal client. I have availability for clients ages 12 through 25. I want to help clients work through depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress, gender dysphoria, identity confusion, and trauma to improve their lives. I would love to help you make progress on your life goals and reduce the impact that your mental health has on your life.
I incorporate coping skills in sessions to help clients succeed. I enjoy doing art or games with clients to help them feel more comfortable in session. I strongly believe having a therapeutic relationship can improve your life. I can provide EMDR and animal assisted therapy with my dogs. I can also write WPATH letters for gender affirming care.
I understand that starting therapy can be difficult and I want to make this process as smooth and helpful as possible. I want to find ways to make you feel comfortable in appointments.
