Building a Sober Identity & Social Life
In sobriety, discovering who you are and redefining social connections can be challenging, but you're not alone. This 8-week group offers young adults in early recovery a supportive space to explore their identity, build confidence, and develop authentic connections without alcohol. Each week, we’ll focus on reclaiming self-worth, setting boundaries, and creating a social network that supports your sober lifestyle. Expect to work on self-discovery, gain social confidence, and build a supportive community while balancing old relationships with new goals. This group empowers you to embrace a fulfilling, sober life with confidence, purpose, and a strong foundation of support.

Grief and Milestones: Navigating Firsts
This 8-week supportive group guides participants through the most challenging "firsts" after a loss—holidays, birthdays, anniversaries—times that can be especially heavy with grief. Each week, we’ll focus on coping strategies for these milestones, using storytelling to foster connection with others who truly understand. Participants will explore ways to honor loved ones, manage social expectations, set healthy boundaries, and create self-care rituals for emotional support. As the group progresses, we’ll shift from confronting the immediate pain of these moments toward healing, growth, and building renewed strength to carry cherished memories forward.

Self-Love Before Love
Self-Love Before Love: Strengthening Yourself to Strengthen Your Relationship will empower individuals to develop self-love as a foundation for healthy relationships. 8 weekly sessions explore building positive self-beliefs, setting boundaries, and creating meaningful self-care practices for mind, body, and spirit. Participants will learn to manage emotions independently, communicate needs with confidence, and break patterns like codependency. Through supportive discussions and exercises, this group equips individuals to cultivate self-love, fostering resilience, and confidence that enhances their relationships. Join us to prioritize yourself while creating a lasting impact on your connection with others.
