I work with adults navigating identity shifts and life transitions, graduating college, entering the workforce, changes in athletic or professional roles, and transitions related to pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility. I’ve also supported Division I student-athletes at Boston College as they navigated performance pressure, identity, and balance.
I help clients who feel stuck in anxiety, self-doubt, or perfectionism build deeper self-awareness and self-compassion. My approach is relational and psychodynamic, with CBT woven in to help you understand patterns, feel more grounded, and develop tools that actually support your day-to-day life.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin therapy, just a willingness to work towards meaningful change. I offer a warm, supportive space where we can slow down and work at a pace that feels right for you. I look forward to working together!
