I work with adults navigating major life transitions, identity shifts, pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum experiences, infertility, and men’s issues, including the pressures surrounding relationships, identity, emotions, & performance.

I help clients understand the patterns that keep them feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or hard on themselves. We’ll explore where those patterns come from, build insight, and develop practical tools that help you feel more confident and grounded in your daily life.
