I enjoy variety and working with clients from all backgrounds and with all types of
challenges. I’m especially interested in working with romantic relationships of all shapes
and sizes (including polycules, interracial couples, and LGBTQ+), as well as supporting
adolescent development within families. I also love helping clients explore their
intersecting identities, navigate oppression, and heal from trauma. I will always adapt the
process to suit your needs, but generally we’ll spend time investigating attachment history,
limiting beliefs, relationship dynamics, families of origin, and ultimately, the barriers to your
goals.
I take a very holistic and interdisciplinary approach to supporting your healing and growth,
analyzing the relational, environmental, systemic, and cultural factors contributing to your
distress. There’s always more to the story and I’m interested in exploring the depths of your experience to help you gain insight.
