I have 8 years of experience working in the human services field with a variety of populations. I work with anxiety, depression, behavior issues, and attachment issues. I pull from multicultural therapy, person-centered therapy, and heavily from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to meet clients where they are at and inspire change. I believe in cultivating a strong therapeutic relationship to create a comfortable, non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their story and initiate healing. I strive to show up authentically in order for clients to feel comfortable coming to therapy as their whole self.
I lead Omni's DBT program - an intensive, year-long outpatient program designed to help clients gain insight and control over their emotions and behaviors. Even if my clients choose not to participate in the full program, I pull heavily from DBT concepts of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness skills.
It is a privilege to support clients on their healing journey. You can expect therapy with me to look curious, open, and respectful of your lived experience. I look forward to meeting and supporting you!
