Life is challenging, messy and painful. Life is exciting, joyful and healing. Life is life. No matter where you are in life’s journey, the journey of life is always changing. Whichever type of change you believe is best for you, I do believe is best accomplished with others, in collaboration, not in isolation. I feel privileged to walk alongside individuals navigating the inevitable difficulties of life. My goal is to provide you with a safe space in which to sort through these difficulties, while working toward mutually agreed upon goals.
I help clients heal past experiences that continue to show up in the present. Whether navigating trauma, difficult relationships, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck, I offer an integrated approach with the option of EMDR to support deeper healing and clarity moving forward.
Regardless what a client brings to the room, my role remains the same. I serve as a guide to help lead you toward healing using methods most suited to your needs. I am your advocate who at times will affirm you and other times provide tough love, but with an unconditionally accepting stance, I trust we can accomplish a lot together.
