Whichever type of change you believe is best for you, I do believe is best accomplished with others, in collaboration, not in isolation. I feel privileged to walk alongside individuals navigating the inevitable difficulties of life. My goal is to provide you with a safe space in which to sort through these difficulties, while working toward mutually agreed upon goals.
My areas of specialty include working with individuals (18+) struggling to navigate anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, relationship issues, boundaries, self-worth, trauma, and spirituality. I utilize CBT, DBT, EMDR, Person-Centered and Family Systems to assist in reaching your goals.
Regardless what a client brings to the room, my role remains the same. I serve as a guide to help lead you toward healing using methods most suited to your needs. I am your advocate who at times will affirm you and other times provide tough love, but with an unconditionally accepting stance, I trust we can accomplish a lot together.
