I know what it’s like to feel like a total mess—and to find your way toward something that actually feels good and real. I’m Hailey—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience walking alongside children, teens, adults, and families through trauma, chaos, and growth. I specialize in Complex PTSD, attachment issues, personality disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, and substance use. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, using a variety of different modalities tailored to what works for you.

Therapy with me is about creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported without judgment. I’m not afraid of silence, big emotions, or uncomfortable truths—and I’ll always show up with warmth, humor, and honesty. You can expect real talk, real tools, and a steady presence as you reconnect with yourself and move toward healing.

Therapy doesn’t have to be cold or clinical to be effective and I believe the best healing happens when we can be fully present together. I’m warm, direct, and deeply human.
