Hello, my name is Hailey and I have been a mental health therapist for 12 years. I was born and raised in southern California , and I am passionate about helping people increase fulfillment in their lives. Here are a few examples of what I help my clients with: improving their thought life, gaining insight and perspectives, improving their relationships, increasing healthy communication skills, strengthening their boundaries, improving their mood regulation skills, increasing confidence, developing / strengthening self identity and creating healthy expectations of themselves and others.
The first session will consist of identifying the reason you are wanting therapy, discussing what problems you are experiencing, and developing a treatment plan to best support your values, personality and goals. I can best serve clients who are wanting to grow, gain insight, and develop steps and strategies to become a person they are proud of.
My biggest strength as a provider is that I am compassionate, understanding , direct and honest. I provide validation, insight, and offer alternative perspective to my clients. I find that using analogies and metaphors has been beneficial to my clients' understanding of life situations that otherwise may have been emotionally overwhelming to process.
