My approach is rooted in person-centered, trauma-informed care, with tools from CBT, DBT, and ACT. That means we’ll explore your story with curiosity and care—and we’ll also get practical when you need strategies to cope, shift patterns, or navigate everyday challenges. I believe you already have the capacity to heal—my job is to help you reconnect with it.
