I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 3 years of experience supporting individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, school or work stress, and have specific experience with veterans and first responders facing PTSD, depression, and insomnia.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Delaware Valley University. I use an eclectic mix of logotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and somatic practices to help clients identify personal goals, build insight, and strengthen coping skills.
