I believe counseling is a space to allow individuals to learn more about themselves and for growth, so I will approach sessions with respect, compassion and will honor your willingness to vulnerability. Healing should not be rushed, so my goal is to be there with you every step of the way and allow as much time as you need to overcome and achieve your goals.
Rather than having a fixed approach, I believe therapy should be as unique as the person receiving treatment. My approach to therapy is eclectic, which means I use a variety of methods to individualize treatment to my clients’ needs.
