I have centered my career around personal development and mental health management for 22 years and my passion increases with each individual, couple and family I encounter along the way. A majority of my practice has been with family, LGBTQIA+, anxiety, depression, couples and parenting challenges. I am also certified in TF-CBT and trauma-informed practice.

Although talking and sharing is essential in sessions, the real work happens when creative experiences and interventions occur in sessions and in-between sessions.
