Are you experiencing unwanted intrusive thoughts that are causing so much fear you find yourself living a life that is outside of what you pictured? Perhaps you avoid people, places or even items that used to bring you joy. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder can be debilitating, and often times increases in severity without proper treatment. Thoughts can often time have themes such as; contamination, harm, pedophilia, relationships and/or pretty much anything you value. I want to provide a space for you to feel comfortable in taking the steps to decrease fear, anxiety and compulsive behaviors.
Exposure Response Prevention is the gold standard treatment method for OCD. It supports clients to better understand their symptoms, and creates a plan to reduce compulsions or fears in a step by step manner. I also support families in reduction of family accommodation, and teach ways to best support children suffering from OCD.
You deserve to live a healthy life, full of doing the things you love. I want to help with that! My goal is to support you in growing your WHY, and giving you the tools to show up every day and live life with less anxiety, fear or worry.
