I am passionate about developing meaningful client relationships and helping teenagers and adults recognize their strengths and abilities, while empowering them to make changes that positively impact their lives! I tailor my treatment approach specifically to each client's individual needs. One of my specialties is working with college-aged young adults and the unique challenges they face with social, academic, and personal transitions. I employ a multitude of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and others. I tailor my treatment approach specifically to each client's needs.
