I believe healing and learning happen in relationships when you feel safe enough to show up as your authentic self. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, grief, identity exploration, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have a special interest in supporting those who have experienced pet behavioral euthanasia and pet-related grief. If you’re feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, pain, or loss, we can work together to understand and untangle the deeper roots of these struggles to create space where you feel empowered to heal and grow.
My style is engaging, supportive, and collaborative. I use an integrative approach to meet you where you are and make sure that we find the language that can help you best. I draw from trauma-informed, attachment-based, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic theories.
