You don't have to face life's challenges alone. I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages and creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and understood.

Each person has unique strengths and the capacity for growth, even during life's most difficult seasons. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you untangle challenges, gain insight into patterns that may not serve you, and build the tools needed to move forward with confidence. My approach is warm, integrative, strengths-based, and individualized.

Together, we will explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion while identifying practical strategies to support lasting change. I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
