Hailey specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns, using a personalized approach tailored to each person’s unique experiences. Her clinical expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients process distress, manage symptoms, and foster personal growth. Whether she’s supporting someone through grief, life transitions, or managing symptoms of ADHD or bipolar disorder, Hailey works collaboratively to empower clients toward meaningful change.
Hailey is particularly passionate about working with individuals across the lifespan who are facing the effects of trauma and stress. As both Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) trained and EMDR trained, she helps patients process painful memories and reclaim a sense of peace and control.
Hailey also supports those navigating gender identity exploration, women’s issues, and family challenges related to adoption or foster care, always maintaining a compassionate, inclusive, and affirming therapeutic environment. Outside of her clinical work, Hailey is deeply passionate about animals and loves spending time with her dogs.
