Owner and Clinician of Collective Living Counseling Services, LLC, Myself and colleagues foster an environment where clients can express themselves freely, without fear of rejection or judgment. The practice is currently focused on supporting adults of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. Additionally, we are dedicated to working with individuals within the Autism Spectrum community who are seeking a deeper understanding of their diagnosis and mental health. This practice has a passion for helping others through their personal growth and strives on supporting them through the process.
We are deeply passionate about guiding individuals through their personal growth journeys with compassionate support. We provide evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness, tailored to each client’s unique needs. As we grow, we’re excited to offer more specialized service. EMDR Treatment/Intensive, OCD, and Assessments.
Emotions are a universal connection point for us, but some experiences leave us feeling more divided and isolated by them at times. Please know this is not our forever 'state of being', and that reaching out for support and care is normal and important to do as needed.
