Accepting In Person & virtual: Therapy can be a challenging and fulfilling experience that caters to each person’s needs. Knowing that there may be a variety of influences and obstacles you are navigating, it is my hope and aspiration to collaborate with you. I intend to provide a brave space that fosters a supportive and welcoming environment to empower you to share experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Leading with empathy, affirmation, and earnest listening is my top priority with every client. My hope is you leave our sessions feeling understood and encouraged while also having the tools and resources you need to care for you.

As a Black cis woman, I am passionate about supporting humans who come from marginalized communities. I carry a personal understanding of the complexities and expectations often found in family systems along with the daily challenges of living as a person of color in the US.

I am devoted to working with humans processing life changes, racial identity, familial issues, and generational trauma. With me, you will know that I prioritize recognizing your strengths and strive for a holistic personable approach. I have an extensive background in community engagement, working with children, adolescents, and families.
