Are you looking for a safe and compassion filled space to heal? If you’re looking for an expressive, curious, authentic, and relational therapist I’m your person! I am currently accepting new clients(individuals and couples). Whether you’ve been experiencing heightened levels of anxiety, the lowest of lows, inner conflict, relationship issues, grief, or struggling with your mental health in general I’ve got you! I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, women’s issues, faith transitions, lgbtqiap+ experiences, self-harm, OCD, ADHD, and Trauma.
In my office we will utilize; EMDR, Parts Work, Inner Child Work, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Somatic skills, and a Compassionate/Strengths-Based approach. This believe that compassion is key to healing, let's build that space together.
I believe in an intuitive approach; learning to come back to your true self in a world that teaches you to be anything but. I advocate to create a safe space where you will be met with compassion on your healing journey.
