Modalities: I blend a variety of approaches to best support the person in front of me. These modalities include: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) coping skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, Person-Centered Therapy's authentic approach, Gestalt interventions, and Narrative Therapy.

Lived experience: Cisgender pansexual white woman, widely nomadic and multicultural upbringing, late-stage and end-of-life caregiving, growing up in a large diverse family experience, background in the food service, hospitality, and medical industries, as well as losing loved ones to suicide and/or addiction.
