Life isn't something you should be expected to take on alone. I would be proud to be part of your community and walk alongside you in this journey. My passion is caring for BIPOC individuals’ mental health as they experience an array of life's transitions—school/higher ed stress, trauma, early adulthood/early career challenges LGBTQ+ identity, mixed race/racial identity, self-esteem, breaking generational cycles, being a child of immigrants & anything that may be feeling too heavy to carry on your own.

I aim to create a sacred space where you can come as you are. Together, we can build upon your innate resilience and joy. I will challenge you and teach you tools to add your life kit. I specialize in older adolescents, young adults and early career professionals. I am EMDR trained and offer this to my 18+ (adult) clients.

I am originally from Hialeah, FL, which is situated on land historically inhabited by the Seminole and Tequesta people. My parents are from Cuba, historically Taino land.
