I specialize in treating Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Body Image Healing & have worked with clients at all stages of recovery. I have a passion & calling for helping those who struggle with their relationship with food & body, chronic dieting or restricting, binge eating & offer psychotherapy that incorporates Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Health at Every Size & Intuitive Eating principles.
In addition to working with individuals struggling with Eating Disorders, the harms of diet culture and body image issues, I have extensive experience treating a wide range of emotional struggles including: Depression; Anxiety; Relationship Difficulties; Chronic Stress; Trauma; Loss; Life Transitions; Women’s issues; ADHD; OCD & Multicultural issues.
In my work with people struggling with disordered eating and eating disorders, I use a non-diet and weight-inclusive approach to wellness and whole health, which introduces a different way to honor and nourish your mind, body and spirit. Join us for this 7 week group for adult women in eating disorder recovery to get unstuck and realign with your values, while connecting with others in community and finding support in a safe space. This group will be facilitated by 2 eating disorders specialists (psychologist and dietitian) and will be Virtual. Max of 8 participants and you MUST be engaged in your own individual treatment.
